Returns: 30-Day Comfort Guarantee - full refund, no questions asked. Email mail.snugloop@gmail.com to start your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and you'll receive your refund within 5-7 business days. Returns must be unused and in original, unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.
Product Care: Remove and machine wash the cover on gentle cycle. Air dry recommended. The memory foam core should be spot cleaned only.
