PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (International Orders)
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery.
DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or public holidays. We are not liable for any delays in shipping.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
